How Platinur collects and uses personal data.
This website
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own host. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and operations.
When you contact us
If you email us, send the contact form or book a call, we use your name, email address and what you tell us to reply and to prepare for the conversation. We keep it for as long as we are in contact, and delete it on request.
If you send us an introduction through the careers page, we keep it for up to twelve months so we can contact you when relevant work comes up, then delete it. We delete it sooner on request.
Both forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the message only to pass it on to us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@platinur.com. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, the NAIH.
