We work in two engagements. The assessment gives you a clear picture of how your company works and the state of its data, and a blueprint for the application to run it on. The build turns that blueprint into the application itself. You can stop after the assessment and keep everything it produced.
Understand the business
We interview the people who carry out the work and review the tools they rely on, including spreadsheets, chat groups and email. We document how work moves between people and systems, where it is delayed or lost, and who owns each part of it.
Assess the data
We check the data you already have for quality and completeness: what is missing, what is duplicated, what does not reconcile between systems, and who should own each record.
Blueprint
We bring the workflows into one model that shows where information is lost, what to improve and where AI fits, and from it a blueprint of the application: its data model, roles and permissions. Each recommendation is costed and phased.
Build and run
We fix the data first, then build the application one workflow at a time, with rigorous review throughout. We hand over with full documentation, or run it for you and add workflows as the company changes.

The assessment
We interview the people who do the work and review every tool and data source they rely on, including spreadsheets, chat groups and email. We bring what we find into one model of how the company runs, and assess the data underneath it: its quality, its gaps, and who owns each record. We present the results in a working session with your team, and leave you a plan you can act on with or without us.

The build
We turn the blueprint into the application your company runs on. The data comes first: we fix and complete it, set ownership, and bring it into one source of truth connected to the systems you keep, such as accounting, ERP or CRM. Then we build the application one workflow at a time, starting with the one that matters most, with the right permissions, security and audit trail, and AI built in for specific jobs: drafting, reading documents, keeping records straight, answering questions.
- Data foundation: fix, complete and consolidate the data, with a named owner for each record.
- First workflow: the one that costs the most today, live and in use within weeks.
- Further workflows: added in phases until the work held in spreadsheets, chat threads and inboxes runs in one place.
- Run and grow: hand over with full documentation, or we run it for you and add workflows as the company changes.

We build on established, well-supported technology: modern cloud data platforms, proven application frameworks and leading AI models. We integrate with the systems you already rely on, such as accounting, ERP and CRM, rather than replacing them by default.
Commercial terms
The assessment is a fixed price. The build is phased, each phase with a written scope and an agreed price, and you can stop after any phase, including after the data foundation alone. Ongoing support is available on a retainer. You own the application and the data.
